Ollivander’s

Ollivander’s Wand Shop was made using mounting card and foam board painted with acrylics.

The brick texture was achieved by scratching individual bricks into decorators filler with a scribing tool. It was painted grey, then given a wash of thin black paint to make the brickwork stand out.

There are 144 individual wand boxes in the windows of the shop.

The roof is made from strips of card which were painted and cut to resemble slate tiles.

The raw edges of foam board created a stone-like texture for the steps.

The ground floor windows feature wands made from garden wire.
